  • Freelancer, expert in planning, surveys and monitoring, also in the context of public-private partnerships;
  • Operator and pilot S.A.P.R. for environmental surveys since 2015.

Eng. Luigi Rubino – BIM and Data Manager

  • Degree in Building Engineering – Architecture;
  • Qualification for the profession of Civil and Environmental Engineer;
  • Master II Level in “Sustainable buildings and infrastructures” at the Politecnico of Milan;
  • BIM Consultant since 2013;
  • ICMQ certified BIM Manager.
